Networks and connections.

We collect information about the people, Pages, accounts, and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Products, such as people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload or import from a device.

For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Products, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Products. Information about transactions made on our Products.

If you use our Products for purchases or other financial transactions, such as when you make a purchase in a game, we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.

Things others do and information they provide about you.

We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Products. This can include information about you, such as when others share or comment on a video or photo of your child or other family members, or send a message to you. Sports Organization Information. Through your use of our Services, we may also ask you to provide statistics, demographic information, and/or other information relating to your sports organization or your organization’s registrants. We collect this information to allow you to use all the features and functions related to our Services, including scheduling and sports management and tracking tools. You shall not submit any information regarding your organization or its participants that you are not authorized to submit.

Provide personalized services, including content and ads.

Depending on your settings, we may also show you personalized ads based on your interests. We don’t share information that personally identifies you with advertisers, such as your name or email, unless you ask us to. For example, if you see an ad for a nearby flower shop and select the “tap to call” button, we’ll connect your call and may share your phone number with the flower shop.

Metrics and Performance Statistics.

We may collect and track metrics and performance statistics relating to use of the Services and the Site, and we may use these metrics and statistics to generate analytics. This information may include, but is not limited to: the IP address and physical location of the devices accessing the URLs provided through the Services, the referring websites or services, the time and date of each access and the amount of time spent on certain sections of the Site. These metrics and analytics may be used by and its partners to improve their websites and services and to conduct market research.

Device Information.

As described below, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Products, and we combine this information across different devices you use. For example, we use information collected about your use of our Products on your phone to better personalize the content, including ads or features you see when you use our Products on another device, such as your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action in response to an ad we showed you on your phone on a different device.


Device attributes.

Information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins. Device operations. Information about operations and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).


Unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from games, apps or accounts you use, and Family Device IDs.

Data from device settings.

Information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.


We use information we collect to provide you with the all features and functions of the platform; communicate with you regarding our Services and/or events, opportunities or promotions that may be of interest to you, evaluate and improve our Site and Services and use the information for market research purposes. For example, we may send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, like an attempt to sign in to your from an unusual location. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. And if you contact, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.

Product research and development.

We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, to test and troubleshooting new products and features and, to analyze customer behavior and to help us understand how visitors use our Platform, improve the content of our Site, and to make our Site easier to use

Ads and other sponsored content.

We use the information we have about you-including information about your interests, actions and connections-to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.

Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services.

When you share and communicate using our Products, you choose the audience for what you share. Sharing with Third-Party Partners.

We work with third-party partners, without limitation, who help us provide and improve our Products, which makes it possible to operate our Platform and provide free services to people. We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. For example, we provide general demographic and interest information to advertisers (for example, that an ad was seen by a woman between the ages of 25 and 34 who lives in Brooklyn) to help them better understand their audience. We also confirm which ads led you to make a purchase or take an action with an advertiser.

Partners offering goods and services in our Products.

Our partners may contact you regarding events, opportunities or promotions that may be of interest to you or your sports organization. For sports registrants, our partners will only contact you with the approval of your sports organizer or if you otherwise opt in or consent to be contacted. When you buy something from our Products, the content creator or seller can receive the information you share with them, as well as the information needed to complete the transaction, including shipping and contact details.

Social Media.

Our Site and Service interface with third party social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ or other similar platforms.

Vendors and service providers.

We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.

Corporate transaction.

If the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes such as the sale of all or a portion of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

Law enforcement or legal requests.

We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
